Dale,
CP supposedly used an algorithm to "derate" these for TC useage. The 20
KV cap should work with a 7,500, 9,000, or 12,000 volt neon source. Not
sure if you'd have much if any margin at 15 KV, although some coilers
have run these on 14.4 KV pigs successfully. And others have blown them
up under these conditions. Your mileage may vary...
