I operate my (smallish by some standards, 15kV/30ma xfmr) TC in my
garage. The garage has a low 7 ft ceiling and the opener door track and
control cables pass directly above the TC. The opener box is ~10 ft
from the TC. Each time I plan to run the TC, I unplug the opener,
disconnect the control cables from the opener, and tuck the dangling wire
antenna from the opener into the box. The TV cable also passes through
the garage, so I disconnect that too. So far, so good!
