Sulaiman, to the best of my knowledge there is no adhesives that will
work with polyethylene. You can however "weld" the pieces together 
with a heat gun and concentrator using cut strips of the polyethylene 
as the welding rod, I've also had good results using a Micronite 
torch. Radio shack sells the Micronite torch under their Archer name
it is an extremely fine tip nitrous oxide & butane torch.
