Malcom:
The Plastic Capacitors, Inc. .05 mfd. -at- 30,000 VAC cap that I received
last January only had a verbal comment "attached".  I ordered the cap
through Thomas J. Brown who is their Vice President and I specifically
asked if it would be safe to run this unit at 450 PPS.  He just said
yes, no problem.  I unfortunately never got anything in writing.  Their
literature does request and I did indicate the 450 PPS value and it
seems to work so far!
