Generally mH or Mh is mili ---- i suppose micro could be written 

as uH  -----:>)

unfortunately e-mail is somewhat limited in characters .

   By the way ---- the formula for multi-layer coils is :

L = 0.8 ( N X A)^2  /  6A + 9B + 10C )  ---- where C is the 

depth of the coil in inches .

all other parameters are the same
