This material works fine for coils under 600 kV output. Sand it carefully
inside and outside and apply two or three coats of sealer such as glyptal
(elec. motor shop) or polyurethane to seal against moisture. Wind your
coil and apply 2-3 additional coats allowing overnight drying between each
coat.
