With all of the talk of Golka, I did a search and you can see a 
couple of pictures of this.......thing at

I didn't see any toilet insulators.  What is the ??? discharge 
terminal made of?  An extremely revolting "pile of *&%$#-at-".  It does 
produce some healthy streamers though.
