If used in a classic, loose-coupled system, it makes no difference which
way you wind the secondaries with respect to the primaries.  One of the
primaries is reverse connected.  With a magnifier, base driven design, it
is preferable to wind the secondary in phase with the primary with a single
system.  With dual magnifiers it is customary to reverse one of the
primaries (not both).
