The Nikola Tesla museum in Belgrade in not only still there
but the have a WEB site, it's URL is:

I haven't heard of any damage to the museum but I do remember
hearing that Tesla's father's church (where Tesla  was born)
got bombed and suffered major damage early in the Bosnia war.
