Yes, that is right, and for AC use, PET is a loser.  It is a polyester 
and it does have a very high dielectric strength, but in Tesla service it 
behaves very similarly to mylar (it gets hot, melts and BANG!).  Plastic 
Coke bottle caps are fine for DC however.
