Yes! I first of all faxed them with a high degree of alarm after one
of mine set fire to a coil (abruptly changed value during a run).
They insisted I send them back for checking. I did, together with a
set of tests that *I* wanted performed. They didn't respond to that
but sent me two new ones. I still treat them somewhat gingerly.
