Hi all,
I was there a few weeks ago, and was pleasantly surprised to hear
that the narration accompanying the electrical demo was heavily Tesla
oriented. The demonstrator even went into the Tesla-Marconi confilict
and mentioned that Tesla invented radio. It didn't look to me like there
was enough room for much more output from the coils, though they sure
looked capable of it. For those who haven't been there, the coils are on
either side of the base of the giant Van De Graaf, so there is not much
space between the Van De Graaff base, and the outer strike screen.
You can see these coils & the Van De Graaff at:

I only wished they had run the coils a little more during the demo, but it
was great to see them anyway. It seems like someone at the museum is
definitely interested in Tesla!
Zap!
