I was informed by the manufacturer that if you spin one of these at
1800rpm you will have yourself a 220/440vac 60hz 3phase generator. maybe
someone could hook up a gas motor to one and have a portable totally
isolated power supply from the house for powering a coil.
he said it is good for more than 7.5hp as a generator as it is more
effecient as a generator than a motor.
