I can relate to that. Most of us on this list (I assume) would have some
sort of electrical engineering qualification that probably took several
years to obtain and taught us advanced electrical theory. Yet here in
Oz, when we want a lousy light fitting wired in, we have to call some
guy who has a trade certificate, but is sometimes so thick, he can't
even comprehend where we want the fitting installed.
I also intend to go on building TC's but I'm not sure I will ever be
able to run one outside the garage.
