.Z files are from the gnu gzip program.  Do a search for gzip there
exists
.exe for dos.

I have used winzip to decode them as well no problems,  perhaps you need
to
upgrade your version of winzip. 

If you still have any problem e-mail me privately and I will convert
them to
.zip for you.
