It's Chuck, we'll start as soon as we can get people organized to meet
at least once.  This is, of course, my views.  

Please send me some personnal E-mail information regarding your
coordinates.  I hope everyone else interested will notice these messages
and cooperate with all bodies wanting a TC group in the region.
