Hi Group,
What are some of the specs for the common tubes listed here for Tesla
coils?
I think I've seen numbers like 803, 805, 807, 813 tubes listed here.
I have a chance of getting some 800W 3000V max plate tetrodes.
Would these be of any use for a tube TC?

        Best easy source of basic tube specs is old copies of
the ARRL or RADIO handbooks from the '50's.  I have, as I suspect
a number of the other guys have, a copy of the RCA loose leaf
transmitting tube manuals which list most of the tubes up to
the early 60's.
        Those tetrodes should work just fine for a tube 
TC.
