Opps again,

The second coil article from the E.I. magazine is actually a quarter wave
system after all.  They put the primary in the center of the resonator!!!!!
looked like a Quarter wave coil, but it wasn't.  The base of the resonator
is actually grounded.  They claimed you should slide it around for max
spark!!!
