This coil was the first one I ever built, and my coil DID work. I was able
to get about 12 inch sparks from it. I've been building coils ever since.
Today, using info gleaned from this list, I could rebuild this same coil and
get 18 to 24 inch sparks from this coil in a "rebuilt" mode.
If you didn't get any sparks at all, I'd think something had been built
wrong - most likely the cap.
