there is a switch made for use on jacuzzis where shock hazard is pretty
significant. The switch is pneumatic - there is a button that you
install
near the jacuzzi, and then a 1/4 inch plastic hose (like aquarium air
line)
that runs to the pump controls. pressing the button starts/stops the
blowers
or pumps or whatever you wire it to. These switches are rated for
inductive
loads and are inexpensive. Further, because they are pneumatic, there
would
be no shock hazard by carrying the push button around with you, leaving
the
switch itself installed permanently inside your control panel.
