Gary -

  Spun aluminum toroids are the only way to go in that direction. They
are spun in two halves (top & bottom) and welded together. Try calling
Hipotronics in Brewster, NY (914) 279-8091

  They aren't cheap though, and the cost rises quickly as the diameter
goes up... I paid over $200 for my 5" x 20" some 10 years ago. I would
imagine that the prices *have* gone up a bit since then.
