                Don't worry to much abou that. There ae paople pu 
there running in the thousands of watts range within the CB band (11 
meter if I can remember correctly) where the FCC limit is 5 watts! I 
have never heard of anyone getting busted! They have much bigger 
things to do then try to track down coilers who aren't hurting 
anyone!
