Perhaps in the power supply of a tube driven coil but not in a classic spark
gap coil.  The voltage rating is way too low and the 2.0 mfd value is way too
large.  A Tesla coil tank circuit wants a very low inductance capacitor with
a very high AC voltage rating and it should be rated for pulse duty.  The
best bet is a home made rolled or stacked plate cap or a commercial unit made
for this purpose.
