I beleive that "metallic" Bondo which is used for automotive work is somewhat
conductive.  I would also suspect that if you mixed sufficient carbon powder
or metal powder (aluminum or copper?) with a regular two part epoxy you would
end up with a somewhat conductive substance.  I've never tried it though.
 What are you going to use it for?  Just curious.
