Congratulations on first sparks.  That's always a good time.

Without knowing more about your project, it is difficult to give advice.  I
like to run the math on the secondary and toroid to know about where it
should resonate.  Then using about 80% of the primary, calculate the
capacitor required.  Yes, adding more or less capacitors may be needed.  Can
you give us all the details of your system?  Do you know the capacitance
produced by one bottle?
