flat caps

I have a 

15 KVAC neon trans at 60 ma

air blast gap

2 cylinder static gaps

6" acrylic for the coil

"Not rolled yet"

but I need to build a .01 uf cap 

I have looked at roll and flat caps.

I have access to some .014 x 25 x 40   MYLAR

Would this work for a flat cap?

An if so what are the sizes and numbers of the plates?

If this size MYLAR is not acceptable for a flat cap.

What size plates do i need for a roll cap with 30 mil polyethylene

and aluminum flashing at .01 uf?
