[ It's at /pub/sci/electrical/tesla/maillist/chip at ftp.funet.fi.
  The files are named in a very mnemonic sequence: xaa.Z xab.Z xac.Z...xbi.Z.
  You should download xindex first, read it, and figure which files to download.
  I broke the files up on the message boundaries, and used automatically
  generated file names.  -- Chip
