Hi Group,
I would like to add here that I took a cardboard tube and held it to the
corona of my small TC and behaved similar to other insulation, that is the
corona discharge played across the surface of the tube. I also dryed the
tube with a drop light inside before coating it with polyurethane inside
and out.
