I talked to Jim Sargeant.  He told me that TAB books owns the rights to this 
book, and refuses to publish a second edition.  He has offered to buy back the 
rights, but they have ignored his offer.  He suggests that we send letters to 
TAB expressing our interest.  If enough of us want the book, they may decide to 
publish a second edition.
