I called Tulco Oils in Arlington, TX to order this product. The person
I talked to said Tulco Oils has no such product. She told me they did
however have a product called LUBSNAP 100, which sounded pretty close,
so that is what I ordered. It is described on the label as "naphthenic
process oil - severely solvent refined heavy naphthenic distillate
(petroleum)".

I just tried this oil in my first rolled capacitor, a .005 uF
polyethylene unit using a single thickness of .093 ply as the
dielectric. The oil held up perfectly. I am using a 12kv 30 ma neon.

If anyone is interested in ordering this oil, here is the info:

They do not take credit cards, but they do take a personal check. A 5
gallon pail of oil cost me $19.75 plus $1.54 tax. Shipping was via UPS
(they just stuck a label on the bucket!), and cost me $16.71 from Texas
to New Jersey.
