Subject: PFC's

The reccomended voltage rating for PFC's is 3x to 4x the AC line
voltage.  Well, I have some caps rated -at- 250VAC.  Is this sufficient?  I
know it isn't 3x 120V but when we talk about tank caps we usually speak
in terms of DCV ratings.  That's why the vlotage ratings are so high. 
The caps I have are AC.
