Oops! I left out one thing you take the final calculated value and multiply 
it by two because in making a rolled capacitor you put the outer plate 
opposite itself thus doubling the capacitance. Sorry about that! So actually 
if one thinks about it there is a special equation for rolled capacitors,
but it is derived from the basic plate capacitor equation.
