Somebody correct me if I am wrong, but:
C(pf) = ((0.224 * DC * A)/T) *2
Where DC is the Dielectric constant (for LDPE use 2.0)
A is area of plates in square inches
T is thickness of dielectric in inches.

The last mulitplier of 2 is a side effect of rolling. For flat
plates, leave it out.
