I was running my coil a bit tonight and noticed (for the first time)
that there are little spark on my caps.  I have bottle caps, and the
sparks are coming from right above where the tape that covers the
aluminum foil ends. It goes around the whole bottle.  Some bottles are
worse than others, but its like I said, the sparks are very very tiny. 
Is this something i should be concerned about?  Also I noticed that in
the top of the caps, where the oil is, it looks a bit cloudy.

Now then, I am also getting smally sparks and corona off the top turn of
my secondary up to my toriod.  Can I prevent this?
