referred to as 'surge impedance', or less directly as a special number
of turns (at a given frequency of course -- Zchar = 2*PI*Fres*Lpri).
	The characteristic impedance (of a parallel resonant
circuit) is ALWAYS equal to the square root of the ration of
ratio of the inductance to the capacitance.
