The Xl is equal to 6.283 x F Ls where the F = operating frequency
and Ls = inductance of the secondary coil found with the Wheeler equation.
The Wheeler equation is
Ls (uh) = r^2 x n^2/(9r +10b) where r = radius in inches n =
number of turns b = length of coil inches
