You are correct. Induction heating capacitors use mineral oil or silicon
oil. Shell Dialax (sp) oil
is used to house the 5 megavolt marx but it is nasty stuff to work with.

|Castor oil is traditonally used in a DC only capacitors, such as X-ray or
|ultra low duty cycle pulse discharge caps. Info came from NWL
|capacitor corp.
