All,

Well, Digi-key finally received and delivered to me my 1200V 90amp 
International rectifier IGBT.  Its a little pricey after all the hamfest 
H2 Thyratrons, but I suppose I can piddle around with a neat solid state 
switch, albeit a bit low voltage from what I am used to.  I also got the 
1200 volt hexfred ultra fast diode to match.

I'll let the list know what I come up with when I get around to it.  I 
gotta protect the heck outta this thing!  It costs too much to just pop 
like a fuse. (got the data book too!)
