Wasn't this based on Tesla's view that the resonant frequecy of the earth's
static charge was much higher than the 6-8 Hertz that it was finally
determined to be? My recollection is that the resonant frequency of the
earth's charge wasn't established until after Tesla's demise in 1943. I
understand that it was published in the journal "Nature" by a German
scientist sometime in the early 1950's. My recollection in this regard is
based on a book of tributes and articles dedicated to Tesla's memory
published in Belgrade in 1961. Since it is rather lengthy, it will take me
some time to find the exact source but I will post it when I find it.
