~700 BPS.... That's right up there, but it should be OK if you have a
beefy transformer. Neons won't appreciate that rate though. The rate
would be fine for a .025 or smaller capacitor and a pole pig.

[ Well, I have both the things required -- a 10KVA pole pig, and both a
0.025uF and 0.018uF cap (CP and Rolled respectively). Time to fire the
thing up again ... Gulp! -- Chip ]
