I use a topload of about 6X the distributed Cs. There is no shorted turn
virtually zero energy lose due to any form of coupling. This is obvious
due to the fact that sparks are always longer and hotter with a huge
toroid than a smaller one. Long, long ago I thought the limit might be
Cs internal = C terminal. This is not the case. for best performance
and max energy out C terminal>>>> Cs internal.
