Hello Brad,

Haven't seen you in a while!

Heat shrink plastic - been there, tried it.  I got sparks which traveled
down between the windings.  It looked like they followed the plastic,
between it and the insulation on the wire.  I immediately took the heat
shrink plastic off.

Sorry, it does not work worth a hoot.
