Somthing for the TC safety FAQ perhaps?
Mean Mr.Static put a memorable bite on me too recently.
I had my secondary on my lap and was wiping it down with a cotton
rag and window cleaner. I went to pick it up by the top terminal
post to set it aside when the static that had been built up
discharged. The ground side terminal was close to where east meets
west. I saw stars.....
