7/2/96 To All, I have several TCBOR educational series video tapes. Richard Hull, first and foremost, reinforces safety in all of them. They are excellent and are to be commended. With new TC builders constantly coming on line, safety becomes a common concern. A real need is for a TCBOR video dealing exclusively with high voltage apparatuses and Tesla Coils. Sincerely, RWW
