I guess what limits most of us to the 10 to 15 kv range is economics. If money were no object, it would be interesting to learn where the best voltage/current trade off is. As the voltage goes up to 30 to 40 kv or higher, it does seem everything would be more critical in the physical construction, selection of materials, spacing of components, etc. Ed Sonderman
