Boy, that price is kind of tough to comment on.  It depends on your situation.
If you could get 12/60's for $20 or less, I would get them.  However, 
if you have had trouble finding neons at all, it would be worth buying.
Two things to consider:  It is convenient to have one "compact" unit rather
than dealing with ganging transformers; and if you have two (or more) units
ganged together, you can smoke one and still be left with something.
Another thing -- A new 15/30 runs about $130 (ouch!).
