Hello folks,

Sorry for the parochial nature of this post, but does anyone know
where used neon sign transformers may be obtained in the UK?
So far I have only managed to obtain a small furnace transformer second-hand
and also some 8 kv 4 mA trannies which were encapsulated in silicon rubber.
These were from Bull electrical (small trannies) and Anchor surplus (furnace tx)
in Nottingham.
Also HV caps seem thin on the ground.
I know I could make my own but I don't want oils sloshing around my spare
room 8^)
