Ed,
	Without spending money on .06 mil poly to fix your
burned out rolled caps. Call R&D Electronics at (216)441-5577 
or 1(800)642-1123. They've got those cheap red hocky pucks. 
There 5000 pF 16.5 KVDC and don't last long in a Tesla coil, 
but at $2.95 ea. who cares.
