I've been asked to build a system whereby a motorcycle frame can be
charged to allow even distribution of spray paint.

I'm assuming that this could be done with a FET driver circuit, boosted
through a small coil (flyback transformer modified ?) to static charge
voltages...  anyone out there have ideas, hints, schematics, warnings,
etc?

any help on this would be appreciated!
