coil forms, halloween

I have some information on HDPE coil forms that I thought I would pass along.
These pipes are used as mortars in the pyrotechnics industry, so they are
fairly thick (.33" or so) for 8" and 10" diameters.  However, since HDPE
has a low dissipation factor the thickness shouldn't be too much of a problem.
Normally these mortars are plugged with a wooden plug that has an aspect
ratio of 1.  However, the vendor said he would be willing to sell them 
unplugged.  In fact, here's his reply to my query:
